A recycling bargain tip

After a year of buying diapers, formula and solid foods, I've been finding great use for all those empty boxes and containers.
Empty diaper boxes have been great for packing away quickly outgrown clothes, as well as storing books and toys.
Empty formula containers are great for holding loose change, odds and ends, and craft supplies.
And, those glass jars and plastic containers from solid foods are good for holding paint and Mod Podge with my crafts.

Babies R Us is offering a free Carter's diaper bag when you purchase a Carter's baby gear purchase. Not bad if you or someone you know is already eyeing one of these purchases.

Old Navy maternity sale

At Old Navy this week, maternity clothes are discounted up to 30 percent. The styles of clothes are very cute, too. I can appreciate this sale for others out there knowing what a struggle it was to find comfortable and cute maternity wear without being ripped off by retailers.

Also here's an in-store coupon for 25 percent off one baby or kid item.

Target weekly bargains

Target's best deal for babies this week is Gerber Stage 1 or 2, 2-pack foods. They are on sale for 10 for $8. That averages to 80 cents for each 2-pack.

Best kids deal is on boys and girls clothes with T-shirts starting at $4, pants starting at $5 and 7-pack Hanes kids socks for $3.79.

Best bargain for grown ups is oh-so-exciting — socks and underwear. An 8-pack of Hanes women's underwear is on sale for $6, and a 7-pack of Hanes boxer briefs are $16.99.

Groupon deal: $10 for $20 worth of Barnes & Noble books, toys, more

Groupon is running on great deal for Barnes & Noble. Pay $10 for the Groupon and you get a $20 credit that can be used at Barnes & Noble stores or at bn.com on books, toys and games.
However, the deal  appears to be in such high demand users are having difficulty logging into the site. My purchase went through this morning but I have not yet been able to log in to print out my groupon. The groupon doesn't expire until April 11 and Groupon.com.

Coupon giveaway

I hope to regularly giveaway good coupons as I find them. I have loved the Swap Spot on thebump.com so much in my first year as a mom. Swap Spot, a message board on The Bump, is a great place to trade coupons you don't need for the ones you want.

I have always had a good experience on the site and since most of you first fans on Baby and Me Bargains are familiar with coupon swapping I  wanted to give away a $7 Target coupon for the purchase of Pampers diapers and wipes and $2 manufacturer's coupon for the purchase of Pampers diapers and wipes to someone.
